Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Reply-do, operated by Natanyx ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our website at replydo.natanyx.devand our Instagram automation services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Reply-do is an Instagram automation platform that enables users to:

  • Automatically reply to comments on Instagram Reels and posts based on configurable keyword triggers.
  • Send automated direct messages (DMs) to users who comment on your content.
  • Configure multi-step DM flows with customisable templates, attachments (PDFs, links), and coupon codes.
  • Monitor automation performance through a dashboard.

The Service operates through the official Instagram Graph API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Reply-do is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account.
  • Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must immediately notify us at naman@natanyx.dev if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

5.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter Plan — ₹450/month
  • Growth Plan — ₹650/month

Features and limits for each plan are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

5.3 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of initial purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy below.

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first subscription payment. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within this period, contact us at naman@natanyx.dev to request a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' advance notice before any price change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing applies.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or any applicable Meta Platform policies.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading/deceptive content via automations.
  • Use the Service for harassment, threats, hate speech, or any form of abuse.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, API restrictions, or security measures.
  • Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
  • Impersonate other individuals, brands, or entities.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to your account to third parties without our written consent.
  • Use the Service for any illegal activity or to promote illegal goods or services.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Instagram API Compliance

  • Reply-do uses the official Instagram Graph API and adheres to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
  • We do not access private data, employ scraping techniques, or use unofficial/undocumented APIs.
  • Access tokens are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of executing automations you have configured.
  • You acknowledge that Instagram may change its API, policies, or terms at any time, which may affect the availability or functionality of the Service. We are not liable for disruptions caused by changes to Instagram's platform.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, design, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Reply-do and the Website are owned by Natanyx and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service (automation templates, messages, etc.).
  • By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your content solely for the purpose of operating and delivering the Service to you.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service or any part thereof without our express written permission.

9. Service Availability & Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., increased followers, engagement, or sales) from using the Service.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Natanyx and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • Damages arising from Instagram account suspension, restriction, or ban — whether or not caused by use of the Service.
  • Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any third-party actions, products, or services accessed via or in connection with the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natanyx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including Instagram's policies.
  • Content you create, send, or distribute through the Service.

12. Termination

  • By You: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting naman@natanyx.dev. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at naman@natanyx.dev. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any concern within 30 days.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Service Level Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Natanyx with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
